What should we wear?

Tropical Vibes. To complement the beautiful tropical setting of our celebration, we invite you to embrace light, vibrant, tropical-inspired attire. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing black, so the day stays bright, colourful and festive.

One warning: the ceremony is on sand. Choose your heels accordingly.

How do we book?

Everything goes through our travel agent, Gilbert Hanza at Total Advantage Travel and Tours. Call 416-240-7700 or email gilbert@exectravel.ca, and mention the Emily and Gianluca Wedding Group, quote 1518263. He books your flight and your room together.

RSVP here so we know to expect you, then take everything else to him.

Can we bring our children?

Please do. Children are priced from age two, up to two per room, and there are family suites with bunk beds. Put their ages on the RSVP so the resort can give you a room that fits everybody.

Where do we fly into?

Sangster International (MBJ) in Montego Bay. Our group is on WestJet out of Toronto. The coach from the airport to the resort comes with your booking, so just ask Gilbert Hanza to confirm it when you book.

What do we need to travel?

A passport that stays valid for your whole trip. If you are travelling on anything other than a Canadian passport, please check Jamaica's entry rules early. Some countries need a visa, and that is the one part of this we cannot sort out for you.

What happens on the wedding day?

We get married at 5:30 on Tuesday 13 April, out on the island. Cocktails at six, dinner at seven, and then the after party back at the resort for anyone who is still going.

When do we need to reply by?

By 16 August 2026, please. Our group rate is held against a dated quote and the price goes up once it lapses, so the sooner you call Gilbert Hanza the better the fare. And do remember that replying here is not the same as booking.
